Zuchinni, Zuchinni Everywhere!
There is one thing about zucchini, you plant a few plants and your cup runneth over. It is easy to miss one under those big leaves they have on the plants, when that happens I don't let them go to waste. I pick them smaller for stif fry and just eating raw with dip also, that is my favorite way to eat zucchini. If one does get too large I will shred it and put them in vacuum seal bags and seal with my Foodsaver. I freeze the bags and have zucchini for the winter time that can be made into bread, cakes, bars, cookies and I will also put it in soups and casseroles to get those important nutrients. Nothing will be wasted from my garden that I tenderly grow and take care of throughout the season. It gives me great pleasure to serve a dish using the products I freeze or can from my garden knowing they were raised with love and no chemicals on them.
