I love to declutter and organize. Once I start I cannot stop. It gives me a rush to see how organized everything looks when I am done. I do this a couple times a year. Out with the old and in with the new. If I haven't used it, don't love it and never think of it then it is out of the house. It is a great burden off my shoulders when I don't have clutter sitting around. Of course I have to take care of the small hot spots every day, that makes it easier to do a larger project a couple times a year.
My office is almost the way I want it, my kitchen is done, I am thinking my utility room needs some attention so that will be the next project. It is so nice to walk into a clean uncluttered room.
My dogs like to watch me as I work. Don't understand why but I secretly think they like order also.
One of my resolutions for 2011 is to keep my castle organized. I love my home and I think it deserves respect also.
